IOTA [MIOTA], the Distributed General Ledger (DLT) recently announced a partnership with Ledger, a provider of hardware wallets. The aim of this association is to provide IOTA tokens.

IOTA wallets, allowing users to treat their IOTA tokens with maximum security. The security of the Ledger wallet is based on the unmistakable BOLOS operating system and a secure chip certified with EAL5 +. It is exponentially safer than traditional chips, as are credit cards and passports.
Hardware Portfolios Provide Added Level Of Security In Addition To Security Through Discrete Hardware Because they are not tied to a computer or phone. This protects against attacks that are common in these devices.

Eric Larchevêque, CEO of Ledger, commented on this partnership:

“Ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality is an important goal for both Ledgers and IOTA.” IOTA tokens, typically LED devices.

The measure also allows users to make transactions directly in the IOTA book, providing easy access for cryptocurrency users. The IOTA application is now available in Ledger Live Manager.
